• Speed Sensors
  Rheintacho sensors are designed to withstand the harshest conditions and record the rotation of machine parts without contact. They can withstand high pressures, are waterproof, can be used within a wide temperature range and are resistant to oil, salt and acid. Our scope of supply contains speed sensors with different measuring principles for nearly every application. Main products in that range are speed sensors for the combined detection of the rotational speed and direction.

• Digital hand-tachometer
  Rheintacho's prooven and tested digital hand-tachometers record rotational speeds and run lengths. Some of them use a proximity system by shining a light beam on a reflective mark; others use a contact system with special adapters for different applications.

• Stroboscopes
  Stroboscopes are versatile instruments for the visualisation of very fast movements. They are important and necessary tools for the inspection and control of machines and manufacturing lines eg in printing or textile industries. Stroboscopes could also be used for the non-contact measuring of rotational speed. If the stroboscope flash frequency matches the frequency of movement, the test object appears stationary. It can be observed and its frequency of movement recorded. Rheintacho offers stroboscopes in different design and technologies (stationary or portable models – LED light or XENON light), for every single application the right tool for you.

• Switching devices and converter
  The programmable ROTAS rotational speed monitor measures the motion of engines, machines and systems. Thanks to its wide variety of functions and its variable programming options, it can be flexibly adapted to many different system requirements.
  The F/U F/I converter converts frequencies in to currents or voltages with accuracy and long-term stability. One of the many uses of this converter is recording system factors such as rotational speed as part of preventive servicing.
  If no 24 V DC power supply is available for the sensors, Rheintacho can offer a power pack suitable for industrial use.

• Tacho generators
  Our tacho generators produce a current or voltage signal in proportion to the measured rotational speed. This signal can be transferred over long distances so that the rotational speed can be displayed at a remote location or used for control applications.
• Electrical indicators
  Rheintacho electrical indicators are sturdy and reliable. They can display frequency, voltage or current and are used together with Rheintacho tacho generators or other sensors. We create custom faces for the application.
• LED band display

Mechanical indicators
Rheintacho mechanical rotational speed indicators need no electricity at all. They are connected directly in position via a shaft. They have a long service life and are also very sturdy and reliable.
